The Guesthouse Hotel was Inherit Hotel Group’s first venture and the creation of partners and husband and wife team, Dave and Simona Krug. It was a born from a building initially meant to be luxury condominiums and converted to a boutique hotel during the country’s economic downturn in 2008. The 25-unit boutique Hotel features one, two- and three- bedroom accommodations. The Guesthouse Hotel continues to receive accolades and press for it’s spacious accommodations, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service curated by General Manager, Rick Verkler.

Colton House showcases a brand-new hotel concept in Austin. Like The Guesthouse Hotel, Colton House combines residential luxuries with upscale boutique hotel amenities in a vibrant Austin neighborhood. The hotel features 79 suite-based accommodations ranging from 460 - 1,170 square feet with room types that include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and are fully equipped with a kitchenette or full kitchen and living room. Amenities include Simona’s Coffee & Cocktails, fitness center, yoga studio, meeting space and roofdeck.

Inherit Hotel Group is currently working on a luxury boutique resort project in Dripping Springs, TX. The project will feature 57 amazing king cabins spread out over the property. Amenities will include a restaurant, bar, pool, wellness center, meeting space, and an elevated outdoor gathering space open to the public on weekends.
